Loud dishwasher that is best to run in the morning. Noisy boiler room/drainage above the bedroom that kept one guest awake at night.

The open plan kitchen/living room was very spacious and clean, and the bedrooms had new carpets and en-suites with large bath tubs. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the provided supplies such as tea, coffee, filters, and powered milk were a nice bonus. The check-in process was easy with a code, and the location was within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the unit was only fair, with issues like a major leak in one of the showers, a clogged toilet, and dirty floors. There were deficiencies in the unit, including a lack of some supplies like hand soap and toilet paper.

The location was perfect for exploring the Banff area and we appreciated that they welcomed our dogs. I would highly recommend this condo for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The condo was spotless and had everything a family of 4 needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. the convenience and easy access to the Banff area was a major plus. We were able to explore the parks easily with the parks pass that was available, saving us money on admissions. the laundry facilities made our trip so much easier, allowing us to do laundry conveniently. the dishwasher was a lifesaver, making clean up a breeze.

It was a disappointment as we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub.
